The speech deals with important questions facing the country on Peking radio broadcasts, the Naxalbari problem, privy purses of princes, anti-working-class and pro-monopoly attitude of the government, centre-state relations in the non-congress ministries, and ‘law and order’ as enforced by the Home Ministry.
